The successful candidate will manage all phases of M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all M&E project activities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems,elv system and fire protection.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Lead the commissioning, testing, and handover of M&E systems.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide technical expertise during project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in M&E project management.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards, such as UBBL, MS IEC, or equivalent.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings, utilizing BIM software when required. This role involves working closely with our project teams to ensure the accurate delivery of high-quality design documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed M&E drawings using AutoCAD and/or BIM software (Revit preferred).
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and documentation.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design issues in coordination with other teams.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Maintain project documentation throughout the design and construction process.
Qualifications:
